Good Afternoon Precious Lambs Academy Families,
I trust everyone had a joyous Thanksgiving, and as we approach the festive
season, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had together.
Time is indeed flying, and as we inch closer to the end of 2023, I am thrilled
to share some exciting developments at Precious Lambs Academy (P.L.A.).
You may have noticed changes to our signage, uniforms, and color scheme – a
gradual transformation that signifies a broader shift. My vision is for P.L.A.
to be fully operational as Precious Lambs Academy come January 1st, 2024. This
entails a significant upgrade as we transition to becoming a fully licensed
daycare center, welcoming subsidy families, and accreditation. Rest assured,
amidst these changes, our faith-based curriculum and values will remain
steadfast. At P.L.A., God will always come first.
Part of our evolution includes a fresh new look and feel. We are proud to unveil
our new logo, symbolizing growth, warmth, and the nurturing environment that
defines Precious Lambs Academy. You can catch a glimpse of our new logo on our

Allow me to share a personal milestone with you all. Having served as the acting
Director since 2006, loving each child as my own, and cherishing the connections
with your families, I’m now embarking on a new chapter. I am humbled and honored
to announce that I will officially become the owner of P.L.A. starting
January 1st, 2024. This is not merely a change in title but a responsibility to
carry forward the torch from Deborah and Bob Patten, our current owners.
For over 30 years, coming to work and being greeted with “leg hugs” and “I love
you’s” has been the highlight of my career. As the new owner, my commitment to
ensuring our children learn about Jesus and God’s word remains unwavering. We
will continue to plant those seeds of faith, fostering a nurturing environment
for your little ones.
I am genuinely excited about the future of Precious Lambs Academy, and I am
grateful for the opportunity to guide our beloved institution into this new era.

more years of creating lasting memories and fostering a foundation of faith and
education for our precious lambs.
